We require a 50% save-the-date payment to hold your date. (Save the date payments are non-refundable. Your date is removed from the calendar when you book and becomes unavailable to others.)

Micro Weddings are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
You can choose the caterer of your preference as long as they are licensed and insured. It will be your responsibility to provide a copy of the caterer’s license 30 days before the event.
Alcohol is allowed as long as it is being served by a licensed bartender. The client is responsible for purchasing all alcohol and for taking any remains after the event is over.
We have a beautiful indoor banquet space with an outdoor patio. This can be perfect for cocktail hour or as a bridal suite that is available for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready in. However, this special add-on offering needs to be discussed during your on-site-tour.
The latest events can run is 10:00pm, guests need to vacate the property by 9:30pm
50% due is with a signed contract to reserve the date.

The next payment is due six months prior to the wedding.

The final payment is due 90 days before the wedding.

Any wedding that are taking place within 90 days time must be paid in full at the time of booking.
We have 50 spaces onsite and offsite parking is available.
To comply with our county ordinance and ensure a harmonious experience, music concludes by 10 pm. We provide a sound acknowledgment form to be signed by both the couple and the entertainment in advance. This allows flexibility for the choice of a DJ, band, or both to enhance your celebration within the specified timeframe. Our venue rental fee includes exclusive access from 8 am - 10 pm, giving you a 12-hour window to host your event, with 6 hours dedicated to the ceremony to reception timeline and 1 hour for clean-up.
